How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is quick and simple, it will only take a few minutes of
your time to have your Park details listed in our directory. Park owners and
managers MUST become members in order to list their Park details. Holiday Makers
do not need to become members to search our listings. For information on

How do I change my details?
Changing your details is as easy as ABC. You simply log-in using your Member
ID and password and change any details you wish. You can upload photos, add
captions to the photos, change your tariffs or make other changes to any of your
details.

If you need assistance or you prefer us to make the changes for you, then please
email the corrections to manager@OzHolidayParks.com.au and we will happily make
the changes for you. There will be a small administration charge of $10.00 per
incident unless of course there was a mistake made by us (typing mistake, etc).

Why don't I show up on any search engines?
We embedded the proper keywords and 'meta tags' in our web pages to allow the
greatest exposure to as many search engines as possible. However, exactly how
and if a search engine will index us is up to them.
Your individual website, may or may not show up on a search index depending
on whether or not you are using the latest SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
techniques. But this is where OzHolidayParks.com.au comes in. Search Engine
Companies such as Google index every single one of our pages. Depending on how
long you have been listed in our directory, you will find that if you did a
search for your park name exactly as it appears in our directory, then is will
appear in the search results under OzHolidayParks.com.au. That is one of the
many benefits of listing in OUR directory.
There are many companies that specialize in getting you top listings in
search engines. They generally charge hundreds of dollars for this service. At
OzHolidayParks.com.au we have researched and employ sophisticated software and

How will people find my Park?
Visitors can find your Park in a number of ways. They can search by State,
Region, Town, Park Name, keyword etc. Members can also receive added exposure by
participating in our ‘Featured Park of the week’. This will spotlight your Park
on our homepage for 1 week. We also encourage you to utilize or ‘Hot Deals’
feature to advertise your current promotional offers. All of these added
benefits are included in your membership with OzHolidayParks.com.au at no
additional cost except for the ‘Featured Park’ service.

How will I know your site is working for me?
Members can see the 'number of visitors' that have viewed their listing by
simply scrolling to the bottom of their page. The number shown is increased
every time someone views your page. Additionally email enquiries and bookings
sent from our directory will contain text that will identify the email as
originating from OzHolidayParks.com.au. Of course these are not the ONLY
bookings and enquiries that you will get as a result of listing in our
Directory. Many visitors will prefer to contact you by telephone, fax, or they
will simply click on the link to your own website and then contact you from your
website. There is no way that we can monitor all these varied possibilities.
Monitoring all these additional type of referrals is best achieved by you at
your end. We only ask that you consider these as you try to gauge the success of
listing in our Directory.

How does OzHolidayParks.com.au attract internet users?
We are listed in top search engines and as we get more parks listed our
rankings in the search results will increase. Also, as the number of Park
listings increase, we plan to advertise in various online websites as well as
industry magazines and journals. We also plan to submit press releases for
editorial content in several media outlets.
OzHolidayParks.com.au also participates in partnerships with other travel,
leisure and accommodation Web sites to provide members increased exposure to the

How do I upload photos to my web page?
Simply log-in and click on the "Upload Images" link. (for detailed
instructions click here)
Alternatively, for a small surcharge of $10, you can request that we obtain
or copy the photos from your existing website and upload them for you. You can
also send the photos (as an attachment) by email to
admin@OzHolidayParks.com.au. Again there will be a small fee
of $10 for this service.

What format should the photos be in?
Our automatic upload features accepts only JPG and GIF formats. These are the
ideal format for the web, however if you have pictures in other formats you can
send them to us by email and we will convert them and upload them for a small
additional fee ($10.00). Your pictures will be automatically resized by
our code into thumbnail size and if a visitor clicks on the photo it will be
shown full size
Pictures can be e-mailed to
photos@OzHolidayParks.com.au. Please be sure to
include your Park name and/or your membership number for easy identification.
Note: Your pictures can be uploaded and updated easily using the 'upload
images' link. The inbuilt system works well when the instructions are followed
closely...
